Arcade Fire have announced a trio of Japanese dates for February 2008. Following the previously announced Australian tour, the band will head over to Japan for their first ever non-festival shows there. Support for the shows is not yet confirmed.
Dates:
Thursday 7 February - Osaka - Namba Hatch
Friday 8 February - Nagoya - Diamond Hall
Monday 11 February - Tokyo - Studio Coast
Tickets are available for all three shows from creativeman.co.jp (in Japanese) and for Tokyo only from mosaicodiffusion.com (in English). |

The Arcade Fire are still looking for volunteers in a few upcoming cities. If you would like to volunteer and have not yet please proceed to the Partners In Health volunteer thread on the forums for more information.
Volunteers will be required to arrive 30 minutes prior to doors, and leave up to an hour after the band finishes playing. As a volunteer you will be able to watch the full Arcade Fire set, but may miss the encore. All conditions listed in the forums section still apply. |

Following their appearance at several of the recent US shows including Hollywood Bowl and Randall's Island NYC, Wild Light are confirmed to support Arcade Fire on all dates of the upcoming European tour.

Partners In Health and the Arcade Fire are looking for volunteers for the upcoming Arcade Fire concerts in the UK and Europe.
On the last US tour Partners In Health and the Arcade Fire had volunteers at every show collecting donations for PIH and handing out FREE posters.
Aside from handing out almost 50,000 posters the volunteers collected donations which were then added to the $1 a night that every fan contributed to PIH in the cost of their ticket.
It was an overwhelming success, and we've decided to do it again on this next leg of the tour.
So, here's what we are looking for... In every UK and European city that the Arcade Fire will be heading to we are looking for 10 volunteers to work for PIH and the Arcade Fire from the time the doors open, until the venue is empty at the end of the night. The volunteers should have a knowledge of what Partners In Health is involved in. Information on this can be found at www.pih.org
All volunteers will be working as representatives of Partners In Health AND the Arcade Fire, and will gain FREE entrance to the show that night!
