Arcade Fire is throwing an after-party to their upcoming show at the Schnitzer that will be a benefit for Sojourn Theatre. The party will take place at Outlaws where Arcade Fire will DJ and a wide assortment of locals will perform: trapeze artists, contortionists, The Sprockettes (all-female mini-bike dance troupe), the Wooly Mammoth Dancers, surprise musicians, and many more special guests. More details slowly divulged here so keep an eye out!

The ACL Festival takes place September 14th thru 16th in Austin Texas at Zilker Park. This will be Arcade Fire's 2nd appearance at ACL (2005). I wouldn't be surprised if they do a taping for the ACL TV show as well, as they weren't able to last time. |
